Jean has been leading the company direction at Apparel Business Systems as President since 2007. She has worn many hats throughout her tenure at ABS, starting out in the early 80s as a consultant and later being promoted to VP of Development in the early 90s. From development to delivery and all facets in between, Jean’s unparalleled contribution to ABS and its clients for over 30 years, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the industry make her a prominent leader and innovator in the apparel and footwear landscape.
VP, Sales
From the University of Wisconsin through the past 30 years, Damien’s skill set has included business development, programming, consultative & technical sales, marketing, and channel relationships. With responsibilities as VP of Sales & Marketing, her experience in revenue generation and relationship building has helped create new and additional opportunities for Apparel Business Systems. She’s worked for 20+ years with an accomplished team of professionals who bring excellence to ABS software products and services.
VP of Development
As VP of Development Eric brings over 30 years of technology experience all focused exclusively on apparel manufacturers and related industries. After moving to the US from Canada, Eric worked his way up the ranks of IT from his starting point as second shift system operator to his current role as VP of Development at ABS. As VP of Development he has been instrumental in the roll out of solutions to the toughest problems our customers have faced and most recently oversaw the migration of the ABS portfolio of solutions to the cloud.

As Vice President of Professional Services, Susan has 40+ successful national and international implementations of the ABS System over her 15 years as a road warrior. One part problem solver, one part wrangler and one part teacher, she brings 25+ years of expertise to consulting, implementation and customer care.
EDI Product Manager
Lana has a long history in the consumer goods industry and has led the ABS EDI department for over 20 years. Her experience working with major department stores, E-retailers is unrivaled in the apparel/footwear industries. She and her team ensure the smooth implementations of new trading partners and ensuring our customers remain complaint in this rapidly changing landscape.
Core Module Product Manager
Matt is a true ABS expert. Starting his ABS career as a trainer and moving over to support/development has made him incredibly versatile. He has spent over 25 years at ABS and has been invaluable in assisting our customers overcome many industry challenges/changes. His intimate knowledge of the largest and most complex parts of ABS make him the person to go to when things get challenging.
E-Commerce and WMS Product Manager
Mike has been an integral part of the ABS team for over 20 years and has over 30 years of industry specific experience in apparel and footwear. Mike has been instrumental in developing much of ABS and managing many key applications including our Warehouse Management, and E-commerce product lines. Mike’s depth of product knowledge combined with his commitment to help our clients through challenges in an ever-changing industry make him an indispensable part of the ABS team.
Customer Support Manager
Joining the Professional Services Team in June 2023, Jen brings with her 20 years of experience in the apparel industry. Her prior roles included retail store operations, communications, program management, and procurement. She is now the Client Support Manager overseeing the Client Support Team for the ABS customer base. Jen is excited about taking on a role with new challenges and looks forward to implementing positive change and making strides with ABS and the support team.
Jen lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband, son, and three dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, getting in over her head with craft projects, reading, and giving back to the community. Her personal motto is: Every difference makes a difference.
